Can you make a custom piece? How long does it take?
Yes. Send us a photo or your idea on WhatsApp. We send a quote, take a 50% deposit, and your piece is ready in 2–3 weeks.
Do you resize or repair jewellery?
Yes. Ring resizing is free at our Juffair showroom, and we repair pieces too. Not sure of your size? Message us and we’ll help.
Do you ship worldwide? How long does it take?
Yes. Delivery in Bahrain is free, and worldwide shipping is free on every order. Most pieces are made to order and ship in 7–14 business days, then arrive by express courier in 1–3 business days.
Can I see the jewellery in person?
Yes. Visit our showroom in Juffair, Manama. Get directions.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. Returns are free within 30 days for a full refund or an exchange. Items must be new and unworn, with the receipt and packaging; a prepaid return label is in your package. Bespoke and personalised pieces are final. Full policy.
