How long does a custom piece take?
Most pieces are ready 2–3 weeks after you approve the design.
How much does it cost?
Every piece is quoted individually. The price depends on the design, the metal and any stones. Your design and quote are free, with no obligation.
Which metals do you work with?
18k gold and 925 sterling silver. Every piece is hallmarked.
How do I pay?
Once you approve the design, a 50% deposit starts production. We send you a secure payment link.
Can I return a custom piece?
Custom pieces are made just for you, so they are final unless there is a manufacturing defect. Every piece includes our 1-year warranty with free repairs. Full policy.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Delivery in Bahrain is free, and international shipping is free on orders over 189 BHD (about $500).
