Welcome to Empire Jewellery. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website www.empirejeweller.com (the “Site”). By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.
1. Eligibility & Acceptance
By using our Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your country of residence.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Site and govern every interaction you have with us online. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
2. Products & Services
All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or modify product specifications at any time without prior notice.
For standard products, if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
For custom and bespoke orders, production begins following your approval of the 3D design render. Once approved and production has commenced, cancellation may not be possible. Please refer to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy for full details on custom orders.
Product images on the Site are as accurate as possible. As all our pieces are handcrafted, minor variations in finish, texture, or stone placement may occur and do not constitute a defect.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices displayed on the Site are in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) and are inclusive of applicable VAT. Prices shown in other currencies (USD, SAR, AED, QAR, KWD, GBP) are indicative and subject to live exchange rate fluctuations.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and bank transfer. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or production begins.
Prices may be updated at any time due to gold price movements, supplier adjustments, or currency changes. The price confirmed at checkout will always be honoured for that order.
International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country. These are not included in the displayed price or shipping fee.
4. Bespoke & Custom Orders
Empire Jewellery specialises in custom gold and diamond jewellery. Our bespoke process includes consultation, 3D design rendering, and customer approval before production begins.
By approving a 3D render or design proof, you confirm that you have reviewed the design, dimensions, materials, and specifications and are satisfied to proceed. Changes requested after approval may incur additional costs and extend the production timeline.
Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect. See our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy for full details.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Bahrain: Same-day or next working day delivery, Sunday to Thursday. Free of charge on all orders.
International: Delivery within 2 to 3 weeks from order completion. Free shipping on orders over USD 500. A flat USD 50 shipping fee applies to orders under USD 500.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Empire Jewellery is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, courier services, adverse weather, or any circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the courier.
All international orders are shipped with full tracking. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Our full Return, Exchange & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. In summary:
- Exchanges and store credit are accepted within 14 days of purchase on eligible items that are unworn, unaltered, and returned in original condition with all packaging and certificates
- Cash refunds or reversals to the original payment method are not offered on standard purchases unless required by applicable law
- Custom, bespoke, and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless defective
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund

7. Repairs
If you experience an issue with a piece purchased from Empire Jewellery, please contact our Customer Care team before attempting any repair yourself or through a third party.
- Bring your item to our Manama showroom or contact us via email or WhatsApp to arrange an assessment
- Repair eligibility depends on the nature and cause of the damage
- Items repaired or altered by a third party without our prior consent will void any warranty or repair eligibility
8. Accounts & User Responsibilities
When creating an account on our Site, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must not use our Site to impersonate another person, submit false or fraudulent orders, or engage in any unlawful activity. Empire Jewellery reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts where inaccurate information, fraudulent activity, or unauthorised use is detected.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, photographs, product images, logos, designs, 3D renders, and software — is the property of Empire Jewellery and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Custom designs created as part of our bespoke service are produced exclusively for the commissioning customer and may not be reproduced, resold, or shared without our written consent.
No content from this Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Empire Jewellery.
10. Third-Party Links & Services
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services for your convenience. Empire Jewellery is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, security, or availability of any third-party websites. Visiting such links is entirely at your own risk.
We use third-party services including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand site usage and improve our service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how these tools collect and process data.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Empire Jewellery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products.
Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Empire Jewellery, its owners, employees, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
13. Disclaimer
The Site and all content on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that the Site is free from viruses or other harmful components.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and prices are accurate, but we reserve the right to correct any errors without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.
