Welcome to Empire Jewellery. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website www.empirejeweller.com (the “Site”). By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Site.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

  • By using our Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

  • These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Site.

  • Your use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

2. Products & Services

  • All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products available and to discontinue any product at any time.

  • In the event that an item is unavailable or cannot be manufactured, we may cancel the order within 7 days of purchase, and any payment received will be refunded in full.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are displayed in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) and US Dollars (USD) and include 10% VAT.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash (where applicable).

  • Prices may change due to supplier updates, currency fluctuations, or seasonal markdowns. Prices confirmed at checkout will be honored.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Local Delivery (Bahrain): Same-day or next working-day delivery (Sunday–Thursday). Free of charge.

  • International Delivery: Estimated 2–3 weeks. Free shipping on orders over USD 500. Orders below USD 500 incur a USD 50 shipping fee.

  • Delivery times are estimates only. Empire Jewellery is not liable for delays caused by customs, couriers, or events outside our control.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our full Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. In summary:

  • Exchanges or store credit are accepted within 14 days of purchase if items are unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Refunds to the original payment method are not offered unless legally required.

  • Customized or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless defective.

6. Repairs

  • Customers experiencing issues with purchased jewelry may bring items to our stores in Bahrain or contact our Customer Care team.

  • Repair eligibility will depend on the condition and nature of the damage.

7. Accounts & User Responsibilities

  • When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

  • You may not use another person’s name, trademark, or offensive/vulgar usernames.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if inaccurate information or unauthorized activity is detected.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Site (text, images, graphics, logos, designs, software) is the property of Empire Jewellery and protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
