Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Empire Jewellery, every piece we make is crafted with care and built to last. We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to shop with complete confidence. This policy covers exchanges, store credit, cancellations, shipping, repairs, and everything in between.
By purchasing from empirejeweller.com or visiting our Manama showroom, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Exchanges & Store Credit
We accept items for exchange or store credit within 14 days of the original purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be returned in its original, unworn, undamaged, and unaltered condition
- All original packaging, certificates, and the sales receipt must be included
- The item must not have been resized, engraved, or altered after purchase
Store credit is valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Cash refunds or reversals to the original payment method are not offered on standard purchases.
Exchanges and store credit requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.
2. Custom & Bespoke Orders
Custom-made, made-to-order, and special-order pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the item arrives with a manufacturing defect.
This includes:
- Pieces designed through our bespoke process with 3D renders and customer approval
- Personalised items with engravings, custom sizing, or specific stone settings
- Pre-ordered products made to your specifications
- Any item that has been altered, resized, or repaired by a third party after delivery
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will assess the piece and arrange an appropriate resolution.
3. Order Cancellations
Customer cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Cancellations by Empire Jewellery: We reserve the right to cancel any order within 7 days of purchase if the item is no longer available, cannot be manufactured due to unforeseen circumstances, or if there is an issue with your order that cannot be resolved. In these cases, you will be notified promptly and any payment made will be refunded in full.
Once production has begun on a bespoke or custom order, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if your circumstances change.
4. Returns Shipping
Returning an item to us: The cost of shipping items back to Empire Jewellery for exchange is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Receiving your replacement: Once we have received and assessed the returned item, we will ship the replacement piece to you at no charge.
Important: All returns must be arranged with our Customer Care team before you ship anything. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted. Please contact us at admin@empirejeweller.com or WhatsApp +973 3949 8989 before sending any item back.
5. Delivery
Bahrain: Same-day or next working day delivery, Sunday to Thursday. Free of charge on all orders.
International Orders:
- Delivery within 2 to 3 weeks from completion of your order
- Free shipping on orders over USD 500
- A flat USD 50 shipping fee applies to orders under USD 500
- Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fee
We ship worldwide from Bahrain using trusted courier partners with full tracking provided on all international orders.
6. Repairs & Warranty
We take pride in the longevity of our pieces and are here to help if something needs attention.
- Bring your item to our Manama showroom or contact our Customer Care team to arrange a repair assessment
- Repairs are carried out as quickly as possible depending on the nature of the work required
- Warranty and repair eligibility depend on the condition of the item and the cause of the damage
- Damage resulting from wear and tear, accidents, improper care, or third-party alterations may not be covered under warranty

7. Pricing
- All prices are displayed in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) and are inclusive of applicable VAT
- Prices in other currencies (USD, SAR, AED, QAR, KWD, GBP) are shown as a guide and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations
- Product prices may be updated at any time due to currency changes, gold price movements, or promotional adjustments
- Once your order is confirmed, the price at the time of purchase is locked in and will be honoured
Customs duties and import fees for international orders are not included in the displayed price and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
8. Your Account
When creating an account or placing an order with Empire Jewellery, you confirm that:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- The information you provide is accurate and current
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential
- You will notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account
Empire Jewellery reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel orders where inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information is provided.
