The Egyptian Scarab Pendant is a pendant in 18k gold or 925 sterling silver, a sculpted scarab beetle with a smooth domed body, ribbed wings spread to the sides and detailed legs. In ancient Egypt the scarab was a symbol of rebirth and the rising sun.
We make it in 18k yellow, white or rose gold or in 925 sterling silver. In ancient Egypt the scarab represented renewal, protection and the daily rebirth of the sun, and it was carried as a lucky amulet. This pendant keeps that meaning in a compact size that is easy to wear every day on a fine or medium chain. It suits men and women and makes a thoughtful gift for birthdays and new beginnings. Each Egyptian scarab pendant is cast, detailed and polished by hand in our workshop in Juffair, Manama. It weighs about 2.5 g in metal.
