About this piece
The Spiga Wheat Chain is made of small links woven together in a pattern that looks like ears of wheat. “Spiga” means ear of wheat in Italian, and the woven links give the chain a rich, textured look and a strong structure.
It is made in 18k gold, in a 4 mm width and an 18 or 20 inch length. At this size it is bold enough to wear on its own and strong enough to carry a heavier pendant. The woven construction keeps it flexible and resistant to kinking, which makes it practical for daily wear. It suits both men and women and adds texture to simple outfits. It is a classic gift for birthdays and Eid. Each Spiga wheat chain is finished and checked in our workshop in Juffair, Manama, and shipped across Bahrain and worldwide.
